Soul Mirror is provided solely as a tool for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal exploration. Astrology is a symbolic and interpretive framework, not an empirical science. The content Soul Mirror generates is based on astrological tradition combined with the self-reported answers you provide during the quiz.

Soul Mirror does NOT provide:

• medical, psychiatric, or health advice of any kind,
• legal advice,
• financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice,
• predictions of specific future events, outcomes, or deaths,
• guaranteed assessments of compatibility, career outcomes, or any other life matter.

Any action you take based on content from Soul Mirror is taken solely at your own discretion and risk. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Soul Mirror. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To generate your reading, we collect your date of birth (optional), place and time of birth (optional), your email address, and the answers you provide during the quiz. We use this data to produce your reading and to deliver it to you by email.

We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention, processing, and your rights under applicable privacy law (including GDPR if you are in the European Economic Area).

Soul Mirror readings are one-time digital purchases. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location by our payment processor.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe-owned company), acting as the Merchant of Record for this transaction. When you purchase, your agreement is with Lemon Squeezy for the processing of your payment and with us for the delivery of the digital product.

Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See our Refund Policy for details on how to request one.

No false pricing. We do not display fictitious "original" prices. Any discounted pricing refers to a genuine previously-charged price, or is clearly labeled as launch or promotional pricing.

The Soul Mirror platform, brand, software, report generation system, and template materials are owned by us. The specific reading generated for you is yours to use, read, save, and reference for personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish commercially, or use Soul Mirror readings as training data for any AI model.

You agree not to:

• use Soul Mirror to make decisions that require professional guidance (medical, legal, financial, psychiatric);
• submit birth data of third parties without their knowledge or consent in order to generate readings about them;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, mass-download, or circumvent access controls on the Service;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no representation that the content of any reading is accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Astrological interpretations are inherently symbolic and subjective.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SOUL MIRROR, ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, particularly if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@soulmirror.app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address you provided at purchase, or via a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
