We want you to feel good about your membership. If you're not satisfied with Soul Mirrors Premium for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
The 14-day Refund Window
You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 calendar days of your transaction date. No questions asked, no explanation required.
This applies regardless of whether:
- you haven't opened the reading yet,
- you've read it partially,
- you've read it fully and simply weren't happy with it.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@soul-mirrors.com with:
- The email address you used to subscribe, and
- (Helpful but not required) Your order ID or a screenshot of the subscription confirmation.
That's it. You don't need to explain why.
Processing Time
We typically process refund requests within 1-2 business days. Once we initiate the refund with our payment processor (Stripe), it can take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or card account, depending on your financial institution.
After the 14-day Window
We don't offer refunds as a matter of policy after 14 days. However, if you believe there's been a genuine problem with your membership (for example, you could not access your dashboard, or there was a technical error), please still email us — we'll do what's fair.
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund past charges unless this refund policy applies.
What Happens to Your Data After a Refund
After a refund, we mark your subscription payment as refunded in our system but retain transaction records as required by tax and accounting law. If you want your reading and all associated data deleted, email privacy@soul-mirrors.com and we'll process the deletion request.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please email us first rather than opening a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are expensive for us and usually slower for you than a direct refund. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and issue refunds the same day we agree.
