Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your Soul Mirror reading for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days.

The 14-day Refund Window

You may request a full refund of the purchase price within 14 calendar days of your transaction date. No questions asked, no explanation required.

This applies regardless of whether:

  • you haven't opened the reading yet,
  • you've read it partially,
  • you've read it fully and simply weren't happy with it.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@soulmirror.app with:

  • The email address you used for purchase, and
  • (Helpful but not required) Your order ID or a screenshot of the purchase confirmation.

That's it. You don't need to explain why.

Processing Time

We typically process refund requests within 1-2 business days. Once we initiate the refund with our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy), it can take an additional 3-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or card account, depending on your financial institution.

After the 14-day Window

We don't offer refunds as a matter of policy after 14 days. However, if you believe there's been a genuine problem with your purchase (for example, your reading never arrived, or there was a technical error), please still email us — we'll do what's fair.

What Happens to Your Data After a Refund

After a refund, we mark your order as refunded in our system but retain transaction records as required by tax and accounting law. Your reading remains accessible via the link you received — there is no benefit to us in revoking access after the refund. If you want your reading and all associated data deleted, email privacy@soulmirror.app and we'll process the deletion request.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please email us first rather than opening a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are expensive for us and usually slower for you than a direct refund. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and issue refunds the same day we agree.
